Graeme Badland - Group Managing Director

As a well-known and respected veteran of the New Zealand tourism industry, Graeme certainly knows his stuff. His experience spans many years and, prior to starting Pacific Destinationz in 1996, included key roles in major New Zealand and Australasian tourism companies.

Mark Badland - Director & General Manager

Mark has accumulated well over a decade of experience in the world of South Pacific travel. He’s focused on the English speaking and developing markets and is Pacific Destinationz’s resident specialist when it comes to special interest, incentives and sports groups too.

Janet Neesham - Director International

With over 20 years experience in South Pacific inbound travel and the ability to speak several European languages under her belt, Janet has a strong understanding of the specific requirements of the different European and Latin cultures we deal with.

Cynthia Chia - Manager Asia

Cynthia has over 20 years experience in the New Zealand travel industry and the ability to speak several Asian languages including Cantonese and Mandarin. She has been with the company since its inception in 1996, and has a wide knowledge of the destination. Cynthia's attention to detail, and fast turn-around have earned her respect from our clients in the Asian markets.

James Sowane - Director Fiji

Fiji based James provides all of Pacific Destinationz’s inbound receptive services for the Fiji Islands. In addition to a B.Com in Tourism and Business Marketing James was the recipient of the 1999 Young Achiever Award in the Fiji Excellence Tourism Awards. He currently serves on the Board of the Society of Fiji Travel Associates as Vice President plus the Fiji Visitors Bureau (and he’s the youngest ever to serve on the FVB board to date).
